At our university, in accordance with Paragraph (B) of Article 4 of the Civil Servants Law No. 657, and pursuant to Article 2(b) of the Principles Governing the Employment of Contract Staff—which was enacted by Council of Ministers Decision No. 7/15754 dated June 6, 1978— , Article 2, Paragraph (b), contract staff will be hired for the positions listed below through an oral exam, provided that the candidates invited for the exam do not exceed three times the number of vacant contract staff positions for each title, based on the 2024 KPSS (Group B) score ranking.
