For employment under the Directorate of Information Processing of our General Directorate, in accordance with Article 6 of the Annex to Decree-Law No. 375 and Article 8 of the Regulation on the Principles and Procedures for the Employment of Contracted IT Personnel in Large-Scale Information Processing Units of Public Institutions and Organizations, , 70 percent of the KPSS P3 score obtained in 2025 or 2026, combined with 30 percent of the foreign language score (a score obtained in the English language from the Foreign Language Proficiency Level Determination Exam (YDS) or other foreign language exams administered in that language and accepted by the Council of Higher Education as equivalent to the YDS) ) will be used to determine the ranking. Selection will begin with the candidate with the highest score (candidates without a KPSS score or who fail to submit the required documentation will be considered to have a KPSS score of 70; candidates who fail to submit documentation regarding their foreign language score will have their foreign language score calculated as 0 (zero). Additionally, candidates who tie for the last position in this ranking will also be eligible to take the exam.) From among 10 (ten) times the number of contract staff positions to be filled, 11 (eleven) Contract IT Staff members will be hired based on the results of an oral and/or practical exam to be conducted by our Institution.
